Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping -

We ship Australia wide via Express post only. Due to the nature of our products we only use express post and have allocated Mondays & Tuesdays as our shipping days. This is to avoid any delay in you receiving your treats, and we want you to enjoy them as quick & fresh as possible!
Pickup is also available to those who live in Perth, WA. Collection days are Monday to Sunday.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be prepared, packed & sent as we bake everything made to order.

Returns & Refunds -​

Due to the perishable nature of our goods we cannot offer you a refund or exchange your goods. Weather conditions may affect your goodies during transit therefore we have the option of adding an ice pack to help keep your products at a cooler temperature.

If your parcel arrives damaged or gets lost, please contact Australia Post to fill out a compensation form or by submitting a missing enquiry form below
